  1. Return and Exchange Period
    You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your product, regardless of the reason.
    The product must be unused, fully packaged, and with all accessories.
  2. Circumstances Not Eligible for Returns and Exchanges
    Products that have been opened and used (unless there is a quality issue);
    Damage caused by human damage or misuse;
    Orders that have exceeded the return period.
  3. Return Process
    Please submit a return request through our Contact Us page or email jacobmartinez@raingearhaven.com and provide your order number.
    Our customer service will respond and confirm the return within 1–2 business days.
    Ship the product back to the specified address and retain the tracking number.
    Once we have received the product and confirmed its condition, the refund will be issued within 7–14 business days.
  4. Shipping Information
    For returns or exchanges due to quality issues or incorrect shipments, we cover the round-trip shipping costs.
    For returns due to personal reasons (such as size, style, or no longer needed), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Exchange Policy
    If you require an exchange for the same or a different model, please specify this when requesting an exchange.
    We will arrange for reshipment upon receipt of the returned item.
  6. International Orders
    For international returns, please comply with the customs and logistics regulations of the destination country.
    Additional costs incurred due to customs clearance or international shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
